We try to circulate lease sale offerings at least 3 times a year. The timing of these sales is dependent upon current market conditions and the availability of mineral properties to lease. As a policy, all minerals whose current lease reaches its expiration date or was terminated before reaching its expiration date must appear on a sale list before it can be leased again. |
